On Tuesday, September 10th, between 10 AM and 12 PM, urgent maintenance will be carried out on one of the hardware nodes (HV12) in our private cloud environment in Brussels.
It has been determined that one of the fiber optics cards on this hardware node is defective, resulting in reduced redundancy. During the maintenance, this card will be replaced.
These fiber optics cards are configured redundantly. All necessary precautions are being taken to ensure that replacing the card will not impact the operation of the cloud servers on HV12.
Customers who have a cloud server on HV12 have received individual communication.
